Diet Restart Day 1
Breakfast:
1 Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy French Vanilla Yogurt
1 Pillsbury Toaster Scrambles Reduced Fat Egg, Cheese & Bacon Pastry
2 Dannon DanActive Immunity Vanilla Probiotic Dairy Drink
Total breakfast calories: 440*
*-Perhaps move DanActive to Lunch or eliminate altogether. Ponder on this later.
Lunch:
1 16oz Grandma's Saloon & Grill Old-Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup
Total lunch calories: 240
Dinner:
1 1/2 No Name Petite Cut Steaks
1 Mr. Dee's Hash Brown Potato Patty
Total dinner calories: 360
Total for day in calories consumed: 1160
Exercise time and speed: 1 hour on treadmill at 2 mph
Yay! The treadmill is working again! Going two miles an hour was just a start and it was really comfortable. Could've gone all afternoon at that speed. Tomorrow will try for 2.5 mph, but will bump down to 2.1 mph if need be and slowly work back up to 2.5 mph.
A few things happened Thursday night and Friday and the need was felt to restart my diet and exercise program today.
I have looked into joining fitness clubs, but have found the ones around here have many complaints against them, especially when trying to cancel memberships. Looks like I'll just be using the one that comes with my monthly rent until I can buy my own treadmill.
