1 No Name Parmesean Crusted Chicken Breast
1 Mr. Dee's Hash Brown Potato Patty

Exercise time and speed: Approximately 1.2 mile. Just decided to take it easy today, what with blister and right ankle hurting a little. Also, had other things that needed my attention.

Exercise time and speed: 1 hour on treadmill at 2 mph
Yay! The treadmill is working again! Going two miles an hour was just a start and it was really comfortable. Could've gone all afternoon at that speed. Tomorrow will try for 2.5 mph, but will bump down to 2.1 mph if need be and slowly work back up to 2.5 mph.
